Geographical Location
With an area of some 17617square kilometers the city of sabzevar is
960meters above the sea level and comprises 7towns 7districts 25villages
and 497rural communities .sabzevar is host to a population of over
500000people a-number which constitutes 5/44% of the total population
hnhabiting khorasan razayi province .of this number 55/5% live- in the
rural areas . some 48118 households comprising 10/5% of the tofal
number of households in the province are producers of agricultural
products .the climatic condition in

warm and rhe mean annual rate of precipitation here does not exceed 188
mm. there reside three varying climatic regions in sabzevar i.e.jovain
plains with moderate climatic conditions sabzevar plains that enjoy warm
and dry conditions and ultimately the mountan bound plateau with semi –
cold climates
